LEGO Technic Land Rover Defender Review

The Lego version was modeled on the new Land Rover unveiled at a car showroom last year. On the front of the box, you can see the Land Rover Defender model itself, which I think looks great in this olive green color, as well as the landscapes of forests and mountains, which indicate that we are talking about an SUV.  The back of the box shows the toy mechanisms illustrated with pictures. The model has 2573 pieces, it is 42.8 cm long and 22.7 cm high, so it is clearly not a small set, but this is already reflected by the size of the box itself.

The Land Rover Defender is a well-known SUV. From 1948, when the first model came out, it was the benchmark for heavy-duty and practical SUVs. The Rover company’s first "classic" SUV is one of the best known SUVs in the world. The Rover Company, later acquired by BMW, and in 2008 by the Indian Tata Group, initially manufactured the model inspired by the Jeep SUV used by the U.S. Army. After Rover later began manufacturing several other SUVs after the Land Rover, the name Defender was added to the car’s name. It’s likely that this version is the top version called Defender x (since it is a 6 cylinder model) which means it’s a three-liter in-line petrol engine that’s got a 48V mild hybrid system.

Assembling this set of Lego is no small task and takes about 8 to 10 hours. It has many features, perhaps one of the most important is a winch at the front of the car that can’t just be pulled out by hand; if you open up the hood, you will find a lever and you have to turn this lever to be able to use the winch. The winch is strong enough to pull even larger objects. It can be steered with an extra steering wheel at the top, which is a very lavish solution so you don’t have to reach into the driver’s cab. If the spare wheel at the rear is turned counterclockwise, the trunk opens.

The exterior is great, extremely detailed everywhere, the front of the car with rounded headlights and the hood looks extremely good. There are also two storage boxes and a folding ladder on top of the car. A massive Technik kit with lots and lots of details and functions is also available if you want to enjoy the pleasure of building too, it can be a good choice, just assembling the transmission system takes 1 to 2 hours.

LEGO Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Kylo Ren’s Shuttle Review

Kylo Ren's space shuttle is one of the most beautiful pieces in the new trilogy due to its unique and defining design. A similar set was released in 2015, with the difference that the exterior of the structure was painted grey, which absolutely didn't fit the movie, but this current "refurbished" version is absolutely fine, fits the original. Kylo Ren's space shuttle is an Upsilon-class command ship, used by Kylo Ren, who was leader of the Ren Knights and member of the First Order about 30 years after the Battle of Endor. The ship is one of the atmospheric invaders and troop carriers. The width of the ship (in open wing position) is 37.2 meters which two SJFS-200 ion engines have flown into the air. In the cockpit, five officers were able to stay at the same time and carry 10 passengers.  A total of 6 minifigures are supplied with this set, Kylo Ren is the supreme leader, in a helmet, holding the red lightsaber, General Hux, two stormtroopers a...

LEGO Architecture Great Wall of China (21041) Review

It seems almost impossible to bring one of the largest architectural structures in the world to existence using just 550 small plastic blocks.  When LEGO Architecture Great Wall of China 21041 was announced in April 2018, its first idea was not favorable. It looked unusual to try to capture something so big and expansive in a LEGO set, and it appears to fail in that attempt. However, the build includes some good angling techniques–both the curving and downward sloping sections of the wall. And the restriction of building it primarily in only two colors gives a classic look to the site.  The Great Wall of China sounded singular is a large variety of sections of wall which were built over 2,000 years by many different Dynasties. In the third century BC, after conquering the neighboring kingdoms Qin Shi Huang became the first emperor of China. He connected the present walls and added a new one. The wall also includes thousands of watchtowers, two of which are represented i...

Which One Is Better? Lego Technic Bugatti Chiron VS Porsche 911 GT3

The Life Of Lego's Receiving Lego’s for any reason has been a life long joy for millions of children for decades. There is nothing more fun than sitting around on a rainy day, eating cookies, and putting together some beautiful masterpiece that is made up of the snap-together blocks. They came in several different shapes and sizes for several different age groups that still love the Lego world to this very day. As the years rolled by with these particular toys, it was obvious that they do require a certain level of skill to build certain things with them. The main thing about these locking blocks is the fact that they are not like most toys, even in today’s modern age. Lego’s are skill and intellect building toys that nurture a child’s intelligence and creativity with a very hands on approach. From early childhood development to the full blown competitions on television, Lego’s have left a very huge and impressive mark on people from all over the world. As L...
